As first announced by Technical Advisory #00-36, dated August 30, 2000, the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment in partnership with the Division of Welfare-to-Work is sponsoring a series of multi-regional conferences to develop interest and expertise among the workforce community in addressing the challenges faced by WtW participants who need substance abuse treatment for employment.
