| SUBJECT: | OSOS Interagency Referral Process |
| Purpose: | To advise OSOS users of the Interagency Referral Process function within the OSOS system |
| Background: | For OSOS users, the Interagency Referral function will allow LWIA partners to record referrals of active customers to other agencies or offices. This can replace the paper method of referral that is currently in place. |
| Action: | Please note that if an LWIA decides to use the Interagency referral function, it is important that an agreement is reached detailing how the function will be used by all partner agencies. This agreement must be shared with, and understood by, all staff using OSOS.
