| SUBJECT: | OSOS Process for Recording Rapid Response Supplemental or State Supplemental Funded Services |
| Purpose: | To advise OSOS users of a newly edited version of the Supplemental Funds Process Function within the OSOS system |
| Background: | For OSOS users, areas that have received Rapid Response Supplemental or State Supplemental funds targeting specific customers, can record services provided by those funds in the One Stop Operating System (OSOS). |
| Action: | Please provide the attached procedures, dated July 15, 2003, to all staff using OSOS for recording services provided by supplemental funds. Additionally, please advise all staff to discard previous versions of this Information Memo.
