Purpose: Review preliminary results of the Survey of Youth Council Chairs; reach final census on the Incentive and Challenge Grant Concept Papers; finalize the agenda for the July 11 Statewide Video-Conference with Youth Council and LWIB Chairs; and discuss future directions for the Sub-Committee.

Format For Video-Conference: SED staff will bring participating sites on-line beginning at 10:00. From 10:30 to 11:30, Commissioner Mills and Gerry Pierce will lead the discussion on agenda items.

Participating Sites: The following site is available to Sub-Committee members in the Capital Region: Regents Room, First Floor of the State Education Building, 89 Washington Avenue, Albany.

Sub-Committee members outside the Capital Region may access the following sites. Please identify yourself as a member of the Emerging Worker Sub-Committee and a participant in the Video-Conference with Commissioner Mills.
