1:00 – 1:20	Subcommittee Report Out Mr. Richardson & Mr. Slobodian, co-chairs of the System Integration Subcommittee, will provide the Board with an overview of the cross-agency efforts to identify opportunities and challenges to increasing services to individual with disabilities in an integrated workforce system.
1:20 – 1:40	Update on Work Readiness Credential Discussion with Board of Regents Mr. Calo will lead the discussion on the February meeting between the Board of Regents and the State Workforce Board members on the Work Readiness Credential. Staff will provide a project status update to the Board.
1:40 – 3:00	Workforce Investment Act Federal Reauthorization Review: Title 1 (WIA), Title II (Adult Education & Literacy), Title III (Wagner-Peyser) and Title IV (Vocational Rehabilitation) Overview of the two different proposals before Congress on WIA Reauthorization Identification of and discussion around goals and objectives the State Board may wish to pursue as part of WIA Reauthorization Identification of strategies which the State Board may wish to pursue in concert with the Local Boards on WIA Reauthorization
3:00 – 3:30	Federal Budget & Planning Guidance Update Overview of the federal budget proposed for federally funded workforce programs and new USDOL guidelines for a WIA Title 1-B and Title III State Plan
