1:45 – 2:15	Full Board Discussion on Work Readiness Credential Post Governance & Administration Issues In preparation for the field testing of the Work Readiness Credential in Winter 2005-6, June meeting of the national Policy Oversight Council (POC) will assess options for governance and administration of the credential after the final products have been completed. The Subcommittee will be working through numerous issues to make recommendations to the Full Board. This dialog will focus on finalizing and formalizing any recommendations to bring forth to that June meeting.
2:30 – 3:00	New York State WIA Title I and Title III Two Year Plan Federal law requires that the State Board review and approve the WIA Title I and Title III plan prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Labor. This forum will permit members to question or clarify aspects of the plan.
3:00 – 3:30	Workforce Investment Act Federal Reauthorization Update: Title 1 (WIA), Title II (Adult Education & Literacy), Title III (Wagner-Peyser) and Title IV (Vocational Rehabilitation) Review and approval of the State Board’s Principles for WIA Reauthorization Strategies for informing appropriate parties of the Board’s positions
