Initial Schedule Within 2 Weeks - The percent of customers who are scheduled to report to an appointment, complete an online process, or return a packet of information by mail where the due date is within two weeks of the date they are loaded into REOS.

Rescheduled Within 2 Weeks - The percentage of customers that were excused from and rescheduled for their initial schedule or failed to comply with their initial schedule that were scheduled with a new due date within two weeks of the initial due date.

Triage - The percentage of customers that have complied with either their initial or rescheduled activity who have been triaged on one of the first two days during which they were provided services.
